4. Oct 15,  · Scherpenheuvel is het bekendste bedevaartsoord van Vlaanderen. Elk jaar bezoeken zowat mensen onze stad en iedereen heeft al gehoord over de vele mirakels toegeschreven aan Onze-Lieve –Vrouw van Scherpenheuvel. Dat Scherpenheuvel ook een uniek ontstaansverhaal heeft, is minder gekend. In tegenstelling tot andere steden is Scherpenheuvel niet organisch gegroeid.
