In the USA a band called "The Choice" claimed they had rights over the name; to avoid confusion and potential lawsuits, Sarah and Gert decided to change the bandname to "K's Choice".

7. In October , K's Choice issued it's fourth album "Almost Happy", which has gone unreleased in the US until now (it is finally being issued--in a different version--in April ). The subsequent tours all over Europe to support "Almost Happy" are the source of this double CD /5(5).

8. Almost Happy was recorded at Real World Studio's, Box, Wiltshire (UK) and published in Singles were "Almost Happy", "Busy" and "Another Year". The lyrics of this album are more autobiographical than of the previous album (Cocoon Crash). The music is, when compared to earlier work, more melancholy and intimate.
